This blend really hammers down on the classic coffee profile everyone is familiar with - but with the added fun you'd all expect from us. The Natural Ethiopia brings in a lovely acidity and brightness that stands out fantastically across all methods. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhen using this coffee for filter - start with a ratio of  roughly 1:16 (We usually brew this coffee @ 15:250g) \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor 'spro, We would highly recommend pulling this shot pretty regularly. Think 1:2 ratio (17g in : 34g out) in roughly 20-30s.
