This blend really hammers down on the classic coffee profile everyone is familiar with - but with the added fun you'd all expect from us. Think 1:2 ratio (17g : 34g) in around 20-30s. However - Don't be afraid to pull this shot out longer or even quicker for that matter. It extracts quite easily; so updosing a tad can really help with the finished brew.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor 'spro, We would highly recommend pulling this shot out longer than you normally would, but also coarser than you normally would. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTo counter this, grinding a tad coarser whilst till pulling it longer will help with a really clean but well textured cup.
